How to contact the Office of Information Technology
If you need computer support
During business hours
If you need computer support during normal business hours, your best option is to contact our helpdesk via email to help@seas.harvard.edu. You may also call us at x5-9050 (617-495-9050 from outside of Harvard).
Outside of business hours
If you encounter a critical service outage outside of normal business hours, you may call our off-hours mailbox at 617-495-2198. This will page the IT staff member currently on duty.
Before calling our off-hours number, please check our online status page to make sure we are not already aware of and working to resolve the problem.
